Also known for playing in Korean competitions, Team Liquid has members who've moved to the region to actively and successfully compete in premiere StarCraft II events.
SCV Life
Formerly one of Korea's strongest esports teams, SCV Life included the GSL season one winner, Cool (FruitDealer). Notable for being the first team to pay its team members salaries, SCV Life disbanded in 2013 after an inability to secure sufficient sponsorship money to continue operating. Prior to disbanding, FruitDealer was the highest paid gamer on the team with a $30,000 salary.

Dignitas is owned by the Philadelphia 76ers. The basketball franchise acquired the successful esports team in 2016, after the members excelled in global competitions for Rocket League, League of Legends, and CS:Go. Also known for competitive play in StarCraft II, the team has come a long way since its 2003 founding in the America's Newark, New Jersey by Michael O'Dell.

In 2010, four StarCraft II enthusiasts created ROOT Gaming and developed the team into one of the most popular gaming competitors in the SC II circuit from the U.S.

Founded in 1999, Evil Geniuses specializes in contracting gamers, developing marketing initiatives, and creating broadcasts to influence and attract global gaming audiences. As one of the oldest teams participating in video games, the group has a long, successful history of competitive wins in SC II and other well-recognized esports games, such as Dota 2 and fighting games.
